American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to pair with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering on-brand visual standards, executing Floorsets, and keeping the sales floor guest-ready through replenishment and timely merchandising updates.
You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive product placement and sell-through, maintain stockroom safety, and champion a culture of recognition and teamwork while upholding AEO policies and procedures across the store.
