Front‑line associate responsible for delivering member service at checkout and store entrance/exit areas, managing transactions, providing support with self‑service technology, handling merchandise, training new associates, ensuring safety and security, and promoting company policies and values.

• Provide member service, resolving issues and concerns while promoting Sam's Club products.
• Maintain checkout area, ensuring proper operation of front‑end equipment and handling payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Verify membership and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Perform safety sweeps, correct unsafe situations, and report to facility management.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, secure assets, and record required documentation.
• Assist with training new associates on company processes and self‑service technology.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain compliance with safety, security, and ethics policies.

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Familiarity with mobile retail applications.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer‑service skills.
