Luxury Bridal Manager

Reports to:

General Manager or Assistant General Manager.

At Jared, we deliver Accessible Luxury. The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise. This role ensures every customer receives a confident, emotional, and expertly guided experience during one of life’s most meaningful purchases.

• Own the Bridal category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members.
• Lead visual marketing for Bridal: own visual merchandising and storytelling execution, reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase, and align visual focus to key moments, launches, and selling priorities.
• Build team capability: coach monthly Bridal presentation per team member, provide real‑time actionable feedback on diamond education, confidence, emotional storytelling, payment options, and closing, and build consistent, repeatable Bridal behaviors.
• Activate the brand promise to help customers express individuality, feel confident and understood, and celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
• Drive performance excellence: improve key KPIs such as conversion, appointment culture, and follow‑up behaviors.
• Reinforce consistent Bridal presentations and lead by example through personal performance.
• Lead and develop talent: partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent, and build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.
