Operations Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Operations Brand Ambassador is an in‑store operations role responsible for supporting daily retail activities such as receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the sales floor. This entry‑level position may be full‑time or part‑time and focuses on back‑of‑house organization, stock replenishment, and store presentation while providing occasional customer‑facing support. The role supports operational excellence and collaborates with the store team to ensure a polished shopping environment.

• Process incoming freight, inspect deliveries, apply tags/retickets and meet units‑per‑hour targets.
• Perform daily RFID inventory scans, ISOS replenishment, and maintain stockroom and sales floor inventory levels.
• Manage ship‑to‑home orders, store‑to‑store transfers, and assist with stock checks and merchandise delivery to the sales floor.
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards, including fitting room and sales floor upkeep.
• Assist with customer service and sales transactions when on the floor and collaborate with store team members.

• Back‑of‑house or high‑volume retail operations experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to lift/maneuver up to 30 lbs, climb, and move around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
