Greet all customers on the sales floor with genuine courtesy and a smile to ensure they feel welcomed the moment they enter your shop;
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, determining needs, recommending products, and promoting the Scheels Visa Credit Card;
Grow personal sales by consistently hitting set goals and following Scheels' professional salesmanship standards;
Create a positive end-user experience based on the products the customer is purchasing;
Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and assist with freight processing and inventory restocking;
Assist in training of new associates in the areas of store's expertise and navigate a personal computer and handheld inventory scanner
