The Sales Representative is responsible for consultative sales, customer service activities, and project management activities while developing and strengthening relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Knowledge of construction business and/or 1‑year prior related experience helpful but not necessary.
• Professional demeanor, strong sales and customer service skills, initiative, goal‑orientation, and self‑motivation with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively read, speak and write the English language.
• Attention to detail and creativity in assisting customers; resourceful and networking to provide complete customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills required and ability to read a tape measure. Blueprint/specs reading ability helpful but not necessary.
• Basic computer skills including use of email, calendar for scheduling, and design software.
• Ability to work productively in office, at home, or at jobsite, using good judgment and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Consultative sales to residential builders and commercial contractors.
• Customer service activities, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project management tasks such as coordinating with vendors, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on‑time completion.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors, generating leads and follow‑up inquiries.
• Prepare sales quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure accurate submittals and terms of sale.
• Monitor accounts receivables, follow up with clients on payments, and take appropriate action to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
