Job Type: Full Time, $90,000 Salary + Commission | $10,000 Per Year in Company Stock

A Day In The Life: You’re the heartbeat of the assigned sector you represent. You’ll relentlessly hunt new business opportunities while protecting and growing existing relationships.
You will focus your time on city, state, and federal opportunities as well throughout private and public education . You will be the relationship manager and dedicated point of escalation for the customers you support. Your strategies and time‑commitments will shift with the seasons, adapting to peak summer, winter, and the constant customer demands.
What We Do: We rent portable and temporary air conditioning, heating, and air quality equipment to end‑users that operate in environments where temperature control is crucial.
Who We Work With? HVAC and general contractors - data centers – healthcare systems – aerospace & defense – manufacturing plants – government institutions & more.

What You’ll Do:
- On‑Board New Business Opportunities :
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within your assigned sector or industry. - Own the full sales cycle :
From prospecting to appointment setting, leading meetings, on‑boarding, and ensuring long‑term customer success & strong relationship management. - Work As A Team: Collaborate with your other sales leaders and outside/inside representatives to maximize every opportunity and meet assigned budget and performance goals
- Use Company Technology: Use companies' enterprise‑level sales tools to target company‑identified accounts, convert warm leads, document activity, and enter customer data into company CRM.

What It Takes:
- Sales
Experience:
3+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of managing existing accounts, as well as cold‑calling, appointment setting, and grassroots efforts to generate new business (experience in equipment rental, HVAC, or related industries is not required). - Government Sales
Experience:
3+ years in government sales required, with a proven track record of managing existing accounts, as well as cold‑calling, appointment setting, and grassroots efforts to generate new business (experience in equipment rental, HVAC, or related industries is not required). - Expert Communication
Skills:
