Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Chandler, AZ, for a Business Development Manager. The BDM will drive the growth of Minit Charger by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and maintaining strong partnerships with existing customers. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in business strategy, market research, and opportunity identification
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, along with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in sales, lead generation, and revenue optimization
  • Knowledge and experience in the clean energy, material handling, or industrial equipment sectors is a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet client and business needs
