Position Summary
Ensures all sales orders are processed in an efficient and accurate manner and that delivery deadlines are met. Provides support to a team of sales (inside/outside) representatives. Works with sales management, sales reps, and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders. Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage sales orders with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and verify orders, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Coordinate with sales teams and customer service on order processing and changes.
- Monitor account activity and maintain accurate records.
- Track and analyze data related to sales performance and market conditions.
- Generate reports for management and sales teams.
- Support lead and order management processes within assigned territories or segments.
- Prepare quotes for products and licenses for prospective customers.
- Associate degree (2‑year college) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant experience (preferably at a senior level).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of sales operations and order management processes.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain procedures and policies.
- Proficiency in administrative and/or technical support functions.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $43,800.00 – $70,100.00 per year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. U.S.
