$125K–$350K+ OTE | Company Vehicle | Pre-Booked Leads

The Opportunity

  • No cold calling
  • 100% pre-set, company-provided appointments

Our inside team handles the scheduling — you focus on closing deals and making money.

You’ll meet homeowners who already need help and guide them toward the right HVAC solution.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet with homeowners across the Denver metro (pre-set appointments)
  • Build trust quickly and identify customer needs
  • Present and sell HVAC systems and solutions
  • Explain financing options and close the deal
  • Complete accurate job documentation for installation teams
  • $125,000 – $350,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)
  • Paid training to get you ramped fast

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong closing ability in a short sales cycle
  • Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
Schedule
  • 5 days per week with rotating weekends
  • Evening/weekend availability based on customer demand
  • On-call as needed
