About the Role

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in the healthcare or medical industry? We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is passionate about building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to a growing sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique dynamics of medical or healthcare-focused sales.

What You'll Do

+ Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach.

+ Build relationships with healthcare and medical industry decision-makers to identify customer needs and sales opportunities.

+ Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, maintain pipeline activity, and support revenue growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

Previous Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience within the medical, healthcare, medical device, healthcare services, or related healthcare industry.

+ Proven success with outbound prospecting, lead generation, and business development activities.

+ Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

+ Experience utilizing CRM systems to track sales activity and pipeline metrics.

+ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
