Position Overview

The Client Outreach Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for building trust, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the engagement process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating effectively, solving problems, and creating long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the client experience
• Conduct phone and in-person consultations
• Understand client needs and objectives
• Present available options and opportunities
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and communication
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Meet individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong relationship‑building abilities
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Sales, customer service, account management, or consulting experience preferred
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
