You do not need pool industry experience to succeed here.

We are looking for driven professionals who know how to connect with people, learn quickly, work hard, and close opportunities with confidence. We will teach you the rest.

• Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, lifestyle, and investment goals
• Design custom outdoor living concepts using advanced 3D design software
• Guide clients through the entire sales journey from consultation to contract
• Participate in ride‑alongs, field visits, design sessions, and hands‑on training
• Manage leads, follow‑up, and pipeline activity through our CRM platform
• Partner with construction and operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience

• Competitive, self‑motivated, and hungry to succeed
• Strong communicator with natural relationship‑building skills
• Coachable and eager to continuously improve
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
• Sales, hospitality, customer service, fitness, real estate, or commission‑based experience is a plus
• Available to work evenings and weekends when clients need flexibility
