AGNB Consulting is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Retail Sales Representatives
.

This is a face-to-face retail sales position where you'll work directly with customers inside a retail environment, educate them on products and services, and recommend solutions based on their needs.

No sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career growth.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in a retail environment
• Educate customers on products, services, and promotions
• Build customer relationships and recommend solutions
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development

• Comfortable working with customers face-to-face
• Goal-oriented and dependable
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
