Sky Source Solutions is seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager (Customer Account Partner) to support and grow a portfolio of B2B clients. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role where you will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring exceptional service delivery while strengthening long-term relationships.

You will play a critical role in aligning customer satisfaction with company performance goals, making decisions that positively impact both the client experience and business outcomes.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of B2B customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring needs are communicated and met internally
• Oversee order activity and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Proactively resolve issues and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Make informed decisions in alignment with financial targets and service standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
• Maintain accurate documentation and updates within CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with company standards related to safety, ethics, and operations

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience managing a dedicated account portfolio
• 3+ years of B2B account management or service experience with proven success building relationships
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
• Background in distribution, supply chain, or related industries preferred

• High customer satisfaction and retention across assigned accounts
• Strong, trust-based relationships that support long-term growth
• Accurate and efficient coordination of customer orders and requests
• Consistent performance aligned with company goals and expectations
