Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced automotive staff to assume the position of Fleet/Internet Manager. We desire an individual looking for stability in a job and income with a solid profitable company.

  Work Experience:
  
  4-6 years Automotive business
• Prior Sales, F&I Manager, Fleet and/or Sales Manager positions
• Experience and working understanding with CRM Systems
• Proven record for performance and CSI standards

• Complete understanding of DMS system, Credit Application systems, Deal structure
• Excellent Oral & Written & Listening skills
• Judgment and Decision Making Skills – ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path.
• Good Driving Record
• Dependable
• Great CSI rating

This is a full time position for experienced managers.
