As a Sales Support Specialist at NCW, you will be an integral part of maintaining NCW's forecasted growth trajectory by enhancing our sales operations. You will equip the sales team with real-time market intel that helps earn new business and help drive and filter client information so that business development representatives can focus on building and maintaining quality relationships.

• Facilitation of the client sourcing process in direct support of the sales team
• Developing prospect pipelines through social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Identifying qualified prospects using a variety of sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches
• Providing administrative tasks that aid Business Development Representatives, including client communication and time card collection
• Creating & updating client records in the ATS/CRM (Avionte), documenting activities with detail
• Liaison with other departments and team members on matters of mutual importance
• Tracking the completion of client tasks, owning projects in their entirety
• Communicates status updates, missing or inaccurate reports, and other urgent updates to the client frequently
