At Certus Home Services, our Outside Sales Professionals have the opportunity to build and grow their own territory while being supported by an established, growing home services organization.

You’ll receive an assigned territory, company vehicle, lead opportunities, structured training, and a proven sales process. From there, your performance drives your earning potential and opportunities for advancement.

• Uncapped Earnings: $60K–$120K+ OTE, with our top OSPs earning significantly more

This role is measured like a business, not a task list:

• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Respond to 95%+ of leads within 24 hours — speed wins deals
  
  Maintain 98%+ accuracy in every proposal and contract — professionals don't leave money or trust on the table
• Grow your territory's recurring revenue quarter over quarter through prospecting and upselling
• Resolve customer issues fast, with zero repeat escalations — your reputation is your pipeline

• Prospect, generate referrals, and develop your territory into a real book of business
• Conduct property inspections and diagnose pest control needs like a professional, not a salesperson reading a script
• Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal to service kickoff
• Upsell additional services that genuinely help the customer and grow your income
• Follow up on every lead fast and consistently, most deals are won or lost in the follow‑up, not the pitch
• Partner with our operations team to make sure every customer's first service experience is a great one

• Think like an owner — you want a territory and a pipeline to build, not a shift to clock
• Track your own numbers because you want to win, not because someone's checking
• Can close, not just present — you know the difference between "no" and "not yet"
• Sweat the unglamorous details daily — fast follow‑up, accurate paperwork, disciplined prospecting
• Have a valid driver's license (5+ years of driving experience) and can pass a background check and drug screening

Previous outside sales or commission-based sales experience; background in home services, pest control, or another route-based industry. No pest control experience? We'll train you, what we can't train is drive.
