Oxford Global Resources is hiring ambitious recent graduates for the Business Development Associate program. You’ll enter the 8-week Oxford Sales Academy, paid training to learn prospecting, qualifying, objections, and closing, with exposure to Salesforce, Gong, Zoom Info, and Linked In Sales Navigator.
After the academy you’ll advance into a full-time Business Development Representative role. The program runs Monday–Thursday, 28 hours/week, with cohorts starting in January 2027 and June 2027.
