Sr. Inside Sales Representative

Reporting to Sr Manager Sales OPS and based in our Chandler, Arizona headquarters, the NA/EMEA Inside Sales will provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Order review/processing/entry, order acknowledgements, quoting, record keeping, response to customer inquiries, order changes, weekly reports. Confirm accuracy of all quotes and SAP entries.
• Support and maintain new customer set up policies and procedures.
• Work with the Operations Team to confirm changes, request delivery information, relay urgent requests and updates.
• Work with the Quality Team for the FA requests, quality survey requests, product compliance requests, technical data inquiries, auditing needs. Participate in yearly audits as needed.
• Work with the Finance Team for credit requests, auditing needs and assist with invoice issues.
• Provide RMA request support to distributors and customers and provide necessary details in SAP from return of parts to notifying finance to issue credit.
• Assist outside Sales Directors to support their needs.
• Trains and supports inside sales team on systems, processes, and procedures. Also provides training to outside Rep companies on our systems and processes.
• Generates, maintains and distributes POS reports for Rep commissions. Submit to finance for monthly payments.
• Maintains and distributes quarterly price books to outside sales directors, distributors and reps.
• Create SCD forms (special change documents) as needed for special customer part requirements.

Qualifications & competencies:

• 5+ years related experience
• RFP (Request for Proposal) experience
• Sales Administration experience
• Customer Relationship Management skills
• Quote Management experience
• Order Management experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized approach to performing and reviewing work.
