What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in assigned Northern AZ neighborhoods
- Spark interest in our roofing services (no selling - just set appointments)
- Get paid BIG for every qualified lead that sells
What You Get
- Base Pay: $20.50-$26 per hour
- Earnings
: $80,000 - $120,000+ realistic income for top performers - Training: Daily coaching + full support to sharpen your skills
- Growth: Promotions available into sales or leadership within months
