Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant positions available at Genesis of Chandler

Genesis of Chandler is currently seeking experienced individuals with a minimum of 2 years auto sales experience and good personal skills to work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere!

Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have a current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities include:

• Use your knowledge of Earnhardt inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
• Complete all relevant record and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers
• A deep, functional understanding of supporting software systems critical to a sales operation such as:

• CRM software
• Equity Mining Software
• Customer communication tools
