Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support sponsor-initiated, interventional clinical trials. This individual will play a key role in study execution, patient interaction, and data management. The studies are primarily low-complexity trials (including vaccine studies), making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow within clinical research.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute sponsor-initiated, interventional clinical trials in compliance with GCP, FDA, and site protocols
- Perform patient screening, enrollment, and informed consent (including high-volume/mass consenting as applicable)
- Complete accurate and timely data entry into CTMS and EDC systems
- Process and manage laboratory specimens, including collection, preparation, and shipment
- Maintain source documentation and ensure audit readiness
- Communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, and internal site staff
- Assist with patient scheduling, follow-up, and retention efforts
- Support regulatory and study startup activities as needed
- Experience supporting clinical research studies, ideally sponsor-initiated or interventional trials
- Hands-on experience with:
- Informed consenting (preferred high-volume or mass consenting)
- CTMS systems
- Data entry / EDC systems
- Lab processing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Foreign medical degree with at least 1 year of clinical research experience
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant clinical research experience
- High school diploma with 4–5+ years of clinical research experience
Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ. This is a fully onsite position.
Pay & BenefitsPay range: $27.00 - $36.00/hr.
