As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to alarms and service requests, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a tech, media, and/or telecom location by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including data hall and/or critical infrastructure support spaces, perimeter routes, and parking areas as required by the site.

+ Monitor access points and security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and visitor management processes, and report unusual activity according to site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuations and/or medical response coordination as directed by site policy.

+ Complete security-related reports and logs, document incidents and patrol findings, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

* + Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
