Security Officer - Access Control - Weekends

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures and access control policies at a commercial real estate location, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control entry and exit points by verifying identification, issuing and collecting visitor passes, managing badge access, and maintaining access and incident logs per post orders.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and building systems for security-related concerns, and report irregular activity, hazards, and maintenance issues to the appropriate contacts.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuations, access lockdowns, and coordination with property management and/or public responders as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and to identify security-related concerns.
