Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and promptly notify site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of production, office, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards, suspicious conditions, and/or policy violations;
Support access control at entry points by checking identification and/or credentials, processing visitors, and coordinating required escorts in controlled areas;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information using radios, phones, and/or site systems
