Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OSINT research using multiple external sources to identify and assess potential threats or risks affecting client assets globally
- C onvert raw intelligence into concise, actionable reports for management and stakeholders
- Monitor client dashboards continuously for incidents that may impact client assets worldwide
- Track and monitor persons of interest (POIs) for any threats that may impact client assets globally
- Conduct social media research and analysis to identify threats against clients' people, property, and assets
- Analyze and evaluate intelligence from diverse sources, determining priority levels and appropriate response thresholds
- Provide notifications to client travelers, site managers, and security stakeholders
- Contribute to procedures and processes that standardize and enhance risk management capabilities
- Work collaboratively with various security teams
- Process and maintain intelligence trackers, files, logs, reports, and analytical products
In your role as a GSOC Analyst, you will work directly with a team of fellow analysts and intelligence professionals who operate 24/7 to research, assess, and report on physical risks and digital threats to travelers, executives, and work locations. You will collaborate and conduct information sharing with cross‑functional tactical and strategic intelligence analysts, risk managers, and operational teams to enhance situational awareness for our clients and support the broader corporate security program.
QualificationsWhat You Will Bring
- Demonstrates passion and aptitude for intelligence analysis and OSINT research methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Criminal Justice, or related field strongly preferred. Equivalent military intelligence or analytical work experience is also acceptable and encouraged
- Understanding and experience with OSINT tools, GIS platforms, and Boolean search queries
- Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Must be well‑versed in current technologies and open‑source information search methodologies
- Must be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality
- Competent user of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor during high‑pressure situations
- Must quickly adapt and excel in dynamic intelligence environments
- Demonstrated organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong customer service orientation when dealing with authorities, executives, clients, and staff
- Ability to work 8 to 12‑hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
