** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency communication processes at an aerospace and defense location.

+ Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Coordinate the dispatch of Allied Universal personnel and/or site resources in response to incidents, medical situations, facility concerns, and other security-related matters.

+ Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and status updates, helping to support timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and continuity of operations.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while observing and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related conditions.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.

+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Be 21+ years of age.

+ CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
