As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Routes in Chandler, AZ
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will assist with access control and respond to calls for service while delivering strong customer service and clear communication.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
- Monitor access points, doors, and restricted areas; verify authorization as directed; and/or assist with visitor management and employee check‑in procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including de‑escalation, documentation, notifications, and coordination with onsite management and/or local responders as required.
- Complete routine reporting such as daily activity logs, incident reports, patrol observations, and/or equipment checks in accordance with site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 6 months of security‑related experience.
- Possessing a guard card and/or security license is preferred.
- Having CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Having access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Having customer service experience is preferred. - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
