Security Officer - Dispatch Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely relay of information to security-related personnel, site contacts, and/or emergency responders as needed;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining accurate logs, incident details, and status updates for security-related operations;
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, track officer activity, and help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity through consistent communication and reporting
