Security Officer - Emergency Dispatch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.;
Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, radio traffic, alarms, and service requests from a centralized dispatch function; document activity and relay information to appropriate personnel.;
Dispatch security-related personnel and resources to routine requests, incidents, and critical situations while maintaining clear, accurate communication records.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating notifications according to site-specific procedures.;
Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, key control records, and other required documentation while supporting regular and random patrol activity around the facility and perimeter.
