Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter;
Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and alarm or surveillance systems; report irregularities and follow site procedures;
Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken;
Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
