Newly appointed agents may receive recruitment incentives up to $20,000 and retention incentives up to $40,000, subject to program rules.
Agents serve in a federal law enforcement role with benefits including health insurance, annual leave, and the Thrift Savings Plan. Relocation may be required based on duty needs.
