Lead and manage the daily operations of the plumbing department in Chandler, AZ
Oversee residential and light commercial plumbing service operations
Drive cost control, job profitability, and accurate job bidding
Coach, mentor, and develop plumbing technicians to elevate performance
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and customer satisfaction
Manage scheduling, workflow efficiency, and inventory oversight
Enforce process consistency and performance accountability across the team
Support department growth while maintaining operational stability
Hiring Expectations

Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial environments
At least 2 years in a plumbing leadership, foreman, or management role preferred
Strong understanding of service operations, job costing, and bidding accuracy
Proven service-tightening experience with the ability to identify and maximize revenue opportunities
Experience managing field teams and driving technician performance
Hands‑on experience operating backhoes and tractors
Proficiency with mainline diagnostics, rooter equipment, and hydro‑jetting systems
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle screening
