Job Overview

Comfort Systems USA Southwest is seeking a motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The position focuses on commercial and industrial HVAC preventive maintenance and repairs of building technical systems. The role requires independent decision making with minimal supervision, emphasizing safety, quality and customer standards.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building technical systems.
• Ensure all work meets Building Services Division safety, quality and customer standards.
• Achieve overall business plans and objectives while demonstrating high productivity and quality results.

• Valid EPA certification.
• 7+ years of HVAC experience (chiller experience is a bonus).
• Independent decision‑making ability with minimal supervision required.
• Physical capability to perform HVAC service tasks and meet safety requirements.
