We are a growing HVAC company serving the Phoenix area and we are looking for a reliable, experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants steady work, strong support, and the ability to earn more through performance.
Compensation- $22–$30/hour base pay (depending on experience)
- Commission on completed work
- Weekly pay
- Opportunity for growth as the company expands
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers
- Recommend system improvements when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional communication and customer service skills
Full-time. Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
