Our HVAC Service Technicians are customer‑focused, technically skilled, and motivated to earn. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving problems, educating homeowners, and being rewarded for their performance. Year‑around work keeps us busy all year round!

On‑Target Earnings: $80,000–$250,000 average annual earnings (performance‑based)

Service residential HVAC systems throughout the Phoenix metro area

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC issues

Perform maintenance, service repairs, and system enhancements

Advise homeowners on system upgrades and replacements

Communicate clearly with customers and vendors

Order parts and maintain company equipment

Respond to warranty and emergency service calls

Make emergency repairs to minimize system downtime

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills
• Experience with Service Titan (preferred)
• EPA Type II Certification
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• Inverter system familiarity (preferred)

3+ years of residential HVAC experience

Basic hand tools required

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass background and drug screening (per state & federal law)

Year-round work

Monday–Friday

Rotating weekends and on‑call
