Chamberlin + Associates in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily communities in top condition. You will handle day-to-day work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance across all building systems with a service-oriented mindset.
This role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and after-hours availability on a rotating schedule.
