Facility Maintenance Senior Technician
The City of Chandler Building and Facilities Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Facility Maintenance Senior Technician. This position is scheduled to work five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
Current City of Chandler employees may only hold one position and are not eligible for additional part-time or secondary positions within the City of Chandler.

Who we are
The City of Chandler Building and Facilities Division consists of 20 positions to include technicians, support staff and management. We support 70 multi-use buildings totaling more than one million square feet extending over 65 square miles. Who we are looking for
Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and values teamwork and collaboration. We are seeking a well-rounded maintenance professional with experience in commercial building maintenance and a broad knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications
• A High School Diploma or GED supplemented by some technical or related coursework; and
• 4 years of maintenance experience in commercial/industrial environment, including the use of construction equipment; and
• EAMS or CMMS experience; and
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
Desired Qualifications
• 5 or more years of experience in commercial building facilities maintenance.
• Experience maintaining municipal or other government-owned facilities.
