Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment;
Maintain and repair rooftop units (RTUs), air handling units (AHUs), exhaust systems, split systems, and related HVAC infrastructure;
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues involving motors, VFDs, control circuits, sensors, actuators, and HVAC controls;
Work with Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) to troubleshoot alarms, system performance, and operational issues;
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, PM documentation, and inventory of critical spare parts
