• Competitive Pay -$32.00 to $42.00 per hour (plus monthly incentives) depending on experience
• Performance Incentives -$7,000+ per installer per year is available based upon quality, efficiency, and low call‑back numbers. (paid in cash monthly and yearly)

• 3+ years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
• 3+ years valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• EPA Certification
• Must be able to lift 50lbs frequently and over the head
• Must be able to safely climb ladders of all types, and up to 50+ feet
• Commitment to quality workmanship 100% of the time.

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
