Schedule: Compressed Workweek

Pay Rate: $28+

Location: Chandler, Arizona

Position Type: Full Time

• Chamber Wet Cleans
• Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
• Safely perform all necessary purging of both gas and liquid lines
• Pump purging of gas lines
• Flush drain and blowout residual liquids
• Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines
• Perform complete tool shutdown
• Power off all system and related subcomponents
• Follow all LOTO and customer procedures
• Daily pre‑task planning with the customer
• Document all Decon activities (2D - Decon checklist)
• Report the status of the Decon project
• Follow all customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE

• Knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM Equipment
• Knowledge of PVD/CVD/EPI/Gamma/Legacy M and MV‑series tools
• Minimum of 5+ years of direct OEM experience

May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
