Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Services equipment and/or products at customer sites or service centers including all contracted preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, consumable changes, installations and start-ups;
Interpret operation manuals to determine root cause of tool failures;
Provide documentation of preventative maintenance, downtime, issues and time spent preparing reports for product movement;
Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using service maintenance checklist and protocols;
Perform install activities on CMP equipment covered under phase one (dock/level and interconnection) of tool installation or just before the power on process
