Maintain, repair, and clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces in accordance with property standards;

Perform general carpentry tasks and landscaping and parking lot repairs;
Assist with preventative maintenance checklists and complete minor repair work orders;
Inspect electrical systems and plumbing fixtures and assist in repairs as needed
