Lighting Installation Associate - Chandler, AZ

Start at $28 / hr, Schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, overtime as needed.

Our Installation Associates deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings.

• Perform basic lighting installation and learn custom lighting installations.
• Ensure installed lights are damage free, accurately installed per manufacturer’s specifications, and fully functioning.
• Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company‑paid installation training seminars and certifications.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities.
• Pick up customer returns, validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.

• 1+ year of experience preferred.
• Valid state‑issued license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Can lift 50+ pounds regularly and 90+ pounds occasionally with lifting equipment (stair climber, oven lifts, air sled).
• Ability to deliver "white glove service" and excellent customer service skills required.
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn – plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Hourly: $20.31 – $30.46
• Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
