- Training period: comprehensive 10-week training period - 8 weeks in the field working side by side with a dedicated trainer & 2 weeks classroom-based training in Loveland, CO.

After completion of training, your schedule will consist of 4 shifts per week at 10-hour days based on workload demand.
Phoenix, AZ - remote.
The Field Service Technician I is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, performing preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and calibrating and verifying Hach devices at our customer sites.
The customer base for this role is anticipated to be a combination of municipal (i.e., drinking and wastewater treatment facilities) and industrial (i.e., power plants and food and beverage plants).
Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.
- Promotes a positive customer experience and serves as on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems.
- Work in a wide variety of municipal and industrial settings, including but not limited to drinking water & wastewater treatment
