As an Auto Body Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality work and exceptional service. Responsibilities:

• · Perform wet sanding, buffing, and polishing.
• · Fill small dents or scratches with body fillers and smooth surfaces to prepare vehicle for painting.
• · Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• · C ollaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
• · Performs quality prep work, (using abrasives, solvents, brushes, washing tanks,
• · Tape and masking paper
• · Disassemble, clean and reassemble sprayers and power equipment
• · Utilize power tools and equipment effectively to complete repairs and restorations.
• · Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols
• · Participate in all required training and safety meetings

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in auto-body repair, preferably within a dealership or automotive shop environment.

· Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and auto restoration techniques.

· Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

· Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all repairs.

· Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, as it enhances client interactions.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Must be 18 with valid, and clean driving record
