The City of Chandler Building and Facilities Department is seeking a Facility Maintenance Senior Technician to join their team. This regular full-time role involves five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, maintaining commercial facilities with emphasis on HVAC/mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 4 years of maintenance experience in commercial/industrial environments, EAMS/CMMS
