The City of Chandler Building and Facilities Department seeks a Facility Maintenance Senior Technician to maintain and repair commercial facilities across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems. This regular full-time role includes a 6-month probation and requires a valid driver's license.
Ideal candidates have 4 years of maintenance experience in commercial/industrial settings, CMMS familiarity, and a High School Diploma or GED.
