Job Details
Planning:
Create wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations
Supervising:
Manage the day-to-day work of electricians, apprentices, and journeymen
Training:
Teach electricians about safety protocols and job skills
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs
Safety:
Ensure that safety equipment, materials, and tools are available and used properly
Quality control:
Monitor the work of electricians to ensure it meets standards
Scheduling:
Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and other departments
Cost estimating:
Provide cost estimates and projections for electrical projects
Compliance:
Ensure work meets codes and contract documents
